Raise your voice to become voices for the change.

Who we are?

Women in Solidarity for Peace and Leadership (WSPL), a nonprofit organization based in San Francisco, Ca, was established on September 1, 2021 in Afghanistan, when two young Afghan sisters was in middle school wanted to bring a vision to life: To address and abolish discrimination, inequality, and violence against girls and women in their home country of Afghanistan, and create a place where women are nurtured and encouraged  to achieve their dreams and are supported so they can soar to achieve their highest potential.

WSPL aims to advocate and amplify women's voices by uniting influential figures worldwide and developing programs that empower women and girls to reach their full potential.

Our Vision

We envision a safe and peaceful community where women and minorities can navigate their futures with inclusivity, equality,  and leadership opportunities.

Our Mission

To build a strong and diverse network of women whose invaluable knowledge, guidance and experience can to bring a tangible change in the lives of girls and women.

How we work?

The WSPL's primary focus is to network all women from across the globe, from diverse professions and races, with different skills and stories. We are applying our model by hosting webinars and open panel discussions targeting academics, nonprofits, influential women, and female leaders in different cities, states, and countries. We bring up women's issues to conduct out research, make connections and build a harmonious network of women.
